Signs you need this

The technology is part of the price.

A business plan rests on technology that has to scale, stay secure, and keep shipping. We tell you plainly what you are buying, what it will cost to fix, and which risks the deal should price in.

  • You’re about to invest in or acquire a technology-dependent business.
  • A board needs an independent view on a major platform or vendor commitment.
  • A portfolio company’s technology plan doesn’t add up.
  • You’re choosing between vendors for a critical, long-term contract.
How we help

What we do.

01

Look under the hood

Review architecture, code quality, infrastructure, security, and scalability against the business plan.

02

Assess the people

Interview technology leadership and the team to understand capability, key-person risk, and delivery culture.

03

Price the risk

Translate findings into rated red flags, remediation costs, and a 100-day plan the investment case can rely on.

Questions
Do you sign NDAs and work to deal timelines?

Yes. We work under NDA, adapt to data-room access, and can deliver a red-flag view within a week when a deal is moving fast.

Do you need access to source code?

It helps but isn’t required. We can work from architecture documents, demos, and interviews, and we note where findings are limited by access.

How do you handle conflicts of interest?

We’re independent and take no fees from vendors. If we see a potential conflict with a target or a competitor, we tell you before we start.
