Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us, book a call, or become a client, we collect what you choose to share, typically your name, work email, company, role, and the details of your project or inquiry.
When you send a project brief through the form on our contact page, the details you enter are delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider. We use them only to reply to you and discuss a possible engagement.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. This data is used to deliver and secure the site.
Information from business relationships
During an engagement we receive business contact details for client and partner staff, such as names, roles, and work email addresses.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. Providing personal information is voluntary, but we cannot respond to an inquiry without a way to contact you.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined in Nevada law (NRS 603A). You may still send a verified request directing us not to sell your covered information to our designated request address, support@remixventures.com. We will respond within 60 days.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and work with clients in Europe and Asia-Pacific. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
For personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or a provider’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Client and contract records: for the duration of the engagement and afterward for as long as tax, accounting, or legal requirements demand.
- Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and operations.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access to client systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
