Small by design.
Invested by nature.
A direct relationship with the people doing the work, a shared understanding of what success looks like, and a fixed first step so you can judge us on results.
Four steps, every time.
Get close to the problem.
We listen, ask questions, and understand the commercial context before choosing a solution.
Make the next move clear.
We agree on priorities, define useful outcomes, and shape a realistic scope together.
Build. Learn. Keep moving.
We deliver in practical increments, share progress openly, and adapt to what the work teaches us.
Leave your team stronger.
We share the thinking, the code, and the knowledge, so the value stays with your business.
The right kind of partnership.
Three ways to work together. Many clients start with one and move to another as their needs change.
| Model | What it is | Typical length | How it’s priced | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A focused project | A defined challenge, a clear scope, and working deliverables, from a data foundation to a new digital product. | 2–16 weeks | Fixed fee per phase | A specific outcome with a known finish line |
| Ongoing leadership | Senior technical direction on a fractional basis, with a regular rhythm and direct access. | 6+ months, rolling | Monthly retainer, 2–6 days a month | Companies without a full-time CTO, or between CTOs |
| An embedded engineer | Hands-on capacity inside your team to put AI and software to work in real operations. | 3–6 months | Monthly, fixed days per week | Moving AI from pilot to daily use |
A fixed first step.
Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before we start. Where an offer leads to a build, the fee is credited if you continue.

From first message to first result.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We’re based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and work with clients across Europe and Asia-Pacific. Most work happens remotely, and we come on site for kickoffs, workshops, and the moments where being in the room matters.
How do you work across time zones?
We plan collaboration around overlapping hours, keep decisions and progress written down, and agree on a meeting rhythm that suits both sides. From Las Vegas, our early mornings overlap with the European afternoon and our late afternoons with the Asia-Pacific morning, and we set standing windows for both.
How do you price your work?
Entry offers are fixed fee. Projects are priced per phase with an agreed scope. Fractional leadership and embedded engineers run on a monthly retainer with a fixed number of days. You always know the cost before work starts.
Are we too small to work with you?
Probably not. Many of our clients have fewer than 50 people. If we think a smaller step or a different partner would serve you better, we’ll say so in the first conversation.
What does the first conversation cost?
Nothing. A 30-minute intro call to understand your situation, followed by a short written proposal if there’s a fit.
How long are your contracts?
Projects run to their agreed scope. Retainers are rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice, because the work should be the reason you stay.
Let’s find your next move.
Bring the challenge. We’ll bring the perspective and the people to move it forward.
