Technical leadership.
Business perspective.
A fractional CTO who connects business ambition with engineering reality, and stays close enough to help your team deliver.
The right decisions, before they get expensive.
Technology choices shape your business long after the roadmap changes. Get experienced, hands-on leadership that brings focus to priorities, strengthens your team, and makes the trade-offs explicit.
- You’re a founder without a technical co-founder, or your first engineers need senior direction.
- Delivery has slowed, and nobody can explain why.
- A major vendor, platform, or architecture decision is coming, and the stakes are high.
- Your CTO has left, and you need steady leadership while you hire.
What we do.

A team set up to deliver

Assess architecture, vendors, security practices, and technical debt before your next big commitment.
Start focused. Scale what works.
For founders and leadership teams who need senior technical judgment without a full-time CTO commitment.

We’re vendor-neutral. We recommend what fits your team and contracts, and we never take referral fees.
How is a fractional CTO different from a consultant?
A consultant delivers a recommendation and leaves. A fractional CTO owns technology outcomes alongside your leadership team, joins the meetings where decisions are made, and stays accountable for the result.
How much time will we get?
Most clients start at two to six days a month. We agree on a regular rhythm, such as a weekly leadership session plus focused working days, and adjust as your needs change.
When should we hire a full-time CTO instead?
When technology decisions are frequent enough to fill a full week and the team is large enough to need daily leadership. Helping you reach that point, and hire the right person, is part of the job.
Ready for your next stage of growth?
Bring the challenge. We’ll bring the perspective and the people to move it forward.
